We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events, to secure your preferred date. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule.

Our menu includes espresso drinks and matcha, and rotating additional options (based on availability) will be chai, cold brew, and creative signature drinks. The signature drink menu is rotating and some drinks may stick around longer than others! We can also customize the menu to fit your event.

Most events are between 2–3 hours of service, but we’re flexible. We’ll help you choose the right service window based on your guest count and vision for the event.

Absolutely! We always offer non-dairy milk options like oat and almond milk, and many if not all of our drinks can be made fully vegan and gluten-free.

Makoma Coffee is based in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) and we’re happy to travel within the region. Events beyond a 25 miles radius may incur a travel fee, based on distance and time.

We typically serve events with 25 to 150 guests, but can accommodate larger gatherings with advance notice.
